Laser cutting, typically used as a CNC type machine for cutting metals such as industrial steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, etc., can be used on many other materials. The process uses a fiber laser, focusing optics to cut with a high-density light beam. PoDCo can handle small (several square inch) pieces to 5’ x 10’ sheets. Materials can be from very thin gauge all the way up to 1” thick. We utilize oxygen or nitrogen to fit the metal for the best finish. Volumes from one of a kind items up to high volume for production runs can be accommodated.
