PoDCo began as a finishing company, delivering the highest quality finishes at the lowest cost. We started by becoming the first North American licensee of the Decoral®  process . Staying on top of the latest advancements in powder coating and dye sublimation technology, we can meet all of your finishing requirements!

 

With almost 20 years in the business, we are constantly expanding to meet our customers’ needs. We have grown to over 50,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehouse space, PoDCo can accommodate nearly all designs and parts from small products (one of a kind) to high volume on our automated line. From manufactured products to extrusions in excess of 22 feet in length for sublimation and up to 30’ in length for powder coating in our batch oven.

 

PoDCo has recently expanded their product offering with the addition of a Hans 6k fiber laser cutter with a capacity of up to 5’x10’ metal sheets. This comes after careful consideration of a need we saw in the industry. Working with some fabrication houses and OEM’s, we bring the same quality service to laser jobs as we have to the finishing industry.  Utilizing the same talented innovative staff, we have successfully launched our laser offering. From laser cutting to powder coating to dye sublimation PoDCo has the same engineering staff that resolved customers problems in the past. When someone says “it can’t be done” we are first to come up with the solution.
